So far, this system has been written for BTL Landlords. People that have invested in 1, 2 or 20 properties, that don't have a limited company, and use a letting agent to manage their properties for them.
This software makes it easy to keep all the relevant information about your property portfolio in once place, and makes it easier to communicate that information to the people that need to know it.
